The owner occupier of the property was in the process of winding down his business and had instructed Knight Frank and WHR to market the vacant building on a leasehold basis. We were brought in by the owner, Mike Kilroy of Metal Product Services to offer advice on the works required to optimise the marketability of the property and also to provide a proposal for carrying out those works.Testimonials

Units 45 & 46, Clarendon Court, Warrington
Our client, G4S Security Systems, had one year remaining on their lease of the subject properties and have instructed Knight Frank to market the remainder of the term.
Over the course of the lease our client had installed office space to much of the property which was dated and inhibited the chances of disposing of their leasehold liability before the expiration of the term.
Following our success at Edwards Works, Radcliffe, Knight Frank asked us to compile a proposal outlining the works required to take the unit back to its original form.Testimonials

Unit 7, Dakota Avenue, Salford
Our client, Teco Electric Europe Ltd., had just taken a 10 year lease of a 12,500 sq ft industrial building from Peel Holdings, they asked us to provide a quote for a specific programme of works. We were competing against four other building contractors and had to provide our proposal within four days of receiving their call.

Unit A1, Fourth Avenue, Trafford Park
Following a recommendation, we were asked to submit a tender for the clear out and comprehensive refurbishment of 12,800 sq ft of industrial premises in Trafford Park.
We were subsequently awarded the contract and commenced works within one week of confirmation of the same. Due to heavy water penetration, we removed all the plaster from the walls and took the building back to its shell form before effecting the refurbishment package which was completed within agreed timescales and on budget.Testimonials
